Update on Banking

Greg got his new password to our online banking yesterday. It took 4 days to email it!  Since he had his banking security device and now a password, you would think that he could transfer money between our US dollars account and RMB account.  Wrong, you can only transfer money online between the hours of 10am and 4pm, just like at the bank.  I would say that the banking system here could use an overall.  Maybe IBM should get into the banking business and help them.  Did I tell you that they don't have checks either as backup!!!  Still living off of cash from our US account via the ATM.
